About Me

My journey began with a degree in Biology, specialising in environmental science and sustainability, alongside an additional year studying business. During my studies, I became increasingly aware of the gap between the urgency of environmental challenges and the level of public understanding needed to drive meaningful action. While the science was clear, the communication often wasn’t.

Determined to bridge this gap, I chose to pursue a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. I was fascinated by the power of marketing to influence behaviours, shape perceptions and drive consumption, and realised that those same tools could be harnessed for a greater purpose. Rather than encouraging unsustainable choices, they could be used to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable economy, helping organisations communicate their impact, inspire action and drive positive change at scale.

I have more than six years’ experience in sustainability communications and digital marketing, including three years as a Content Manager. I hold an MSc in Digital Marketing with Distinction from Northumbria University, where I specialised in generative engine optimisation (GEO), exploring how emerging search technologies can be leveraged to deliver effective and persuasive sustainability communications in digital environments. I also hold a 2:1 BSc in Biology from Imperial College London. This unique blend of scientific expertise, business acumen and marketing knowledge enables me to translate complex sustainability topics into accurate, accessible and engaging content that informs, inspires and drives action.
